Jordan Rustlie is a REALTOR® with NextHome Select Realty serving the Greater Green Bay area, including Green Bay, Suamico, Howard, and the surrounding communities. A lifelong Green Bay resident and Bay Port High School graduate, Jordan brings a strong personal connection to the area and a genuine appreciation for the people, businesses, and lifestyle that make Northeast Wisconsin feel like home.
Experience & Approach
Jordan’s interest in real estate began through family connections in the industry, but her passion became more personal after experiencing how much the right REALTOR® can matter during a difficult transition. When her family needed to sell their home quickly, the kindness, knowledge, and efficiency of their agent left a lasting impression. That experience shaped Jordan’s desire to help clients feel supported, informed, and cared for during some of life’s biggest decisions.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, Jordan spent eight years in the restaurant and service industry, gaining hands-on experience in communication, customer service, problem-solving, and staying calm in fast-paced environments. From hosting and bussing to bartending, serving, and banquets, she learned how to connect with people, listen closely, and follow through with attention to detail.

Jordan is especially interested in helping first-time home buyers, families relocating, and clients navigating stressful life changes. She understands how overwhelming it can feel to buy, sell, or move under pressure, and she works to make the process clearer, more manageable, and more personal. Jordan is also interested in investment properties and looks forward to continuing to grow her knowledge in that area as her real estate career develops.

Having lived in Green Bay nearly her entire life, Jordan enjoys helping clients understand the area beyond the transaction. She loves local favorites such as Hagemeister Park, Friday on the Fox, the downtown farmers market, Titletown, bowling, golfing, boating, concerts, and trying new restaurants with friends and family.
